Fellowship, where has it gone?

What is fellowship? Where has is gone? In the bible we see that God created us to have fellowship with Him and with one another. Jesus told his disciples that one of the greatest commandments was to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Where has love gone? In the time and age we live in fellowship has been taken for granted and exchanged for movie nights and sports. Could it be that fellowship is a vital part of our walk with Christ and until we realize it we might not be walking in God's perfect path/will for our lives.

We go on in life trying to fill our tanks with every possible type fuel in order to succeed. Many fill their tanks with the passion fruit of this world or lust, envy, gossip, sex. While others find that their tanks are filled with the power of independence. But is there a type of fuel that God has provided his children with that can move mountains, walk on waters and cast out devils? Yes, there is and that is the power of prayer. If there is one thing that the enemy wants to rob you of it is prayer. Prayer is the power of a christian. Demons shriek when God's children bow down in prayer. The enemy hates it when God's children pray because his kingdom faces violence when we pray.

We live in a world where its no longer who you are but who do you know. But what is God's perspective on that issue? Is God limited by who you know? God has already approved of each of us and has given us his seal of approval with the blood of His son Jesus Christ. Now is the time to take a stand and show the world that we have been approved by God. Jospeh knew this that is why wherever he went, that being a slave, a prisoner anything, God's favor was with Jospeh. He went from a slave to an enterpenuer. From being a prisoner to the 2nd in charge in all of Egypt. God has promotion and increase for you, are you ready to show the world that you have been approved by God?

God has called you and me to have a heart like Jesus. When Jesus was eating with all the tax collectors and sinners, the Religious teachers came in and questioned him. they asked his disciples "why does your teacher eat with such sinners" Jesus knowing what they were saying told them to go and learn this "I desire mercy and not sacrifice". There is a hurting world in need of a hope that is tucked in you and me. If you feel or felt hurt let me remind that Jesus still loves you.

What voice are you listening to? The bibles states that faith comes from hearing and by hearing the word of God. So if its not words of faith and encouragement that you are listening to then the opposite of faith will occur in your life. Destruction, discouragement, failure, etc... Today is you day to tune your ear to what the voice of truth is saying...
